Sealup production is fully integrated
In-house factories & supply network are vertically integrated to ensure industrial efficiency and direct quality control: starting from customer’s pattern or modelling by Sealup HQ tech- team, e-connection with the cutting site and the manufacturing factories, back to QC-logistic at Sealup headquarter. New operating system, implemented by Sealup with daily ex-factory deliveries to ensure protection from stealing.

Sealup General Direction and Administration (site of 2000 SQM, 15 employees) dealing with:
- Style Direction and Research center
- Tech team Pattern room for Modelling and Industrialization (CAD Lectra PGS, Zund Alis for pattern template)
- Production Planning
- Shipping Department
Guanzate (CO)
Sealup Logistic Center (site of 2300 SQM, 5 employees) managing
- Fabrics Storageand movingin/out
- Preparation, control and dispatch of raw materials to production facilities
- Quality control of finished goods and shipping operations warehouse
Calusco D’Adda (BG)
Sealup production factory (site of 1500 SQM, 50 workers and technicians), industrial tailoring structured by high specialized departments, manufacturing all types of overcoats and prototypes.
Factory equipped with cutting-edge machinery:
- 45 sewing machines Juki: linear, edge banders, cut sew, Strobel, AMF stitching, ultrasound and sleeves-tailoring
- 2 computerized machineries for buttons Juki
- 3 machineries MACPI and press unit ” thermo-adhesives”
- Press series for ironing and mannequin for steam ironing MACPI
- 3 machineries for computerized implumage 4.0 BORSOI (one for eco-down)
- Machine lasercut 4.0 MACPI
Coupe de Luxe Srl, Fontanella (BG)
Cutting factory (site of 1500 SQM, 5 workers and technicians), associated of Sealup (by 60% shares) able to cut all types of fabrics, specialized in pattern-cut, part of a platform digitally connected to Lomazzo pattern room dept.
Factory equipped with the most innovative technology:
- Lectra model Virga for pattern cut A.I. 4.0
- Vector model for plain fabrics with layer 4.0
- Press Martin with double station 4.0
- Station Lectra for adjustment and industrialization of paper-pattern
- Special workbench for hand-made cutting
Tomè Srl, Costa di Mezzate (BG)
Second production factory (site of 1200 SQM, 24 workers and technicians), associated of Sealup (by 49% shares).
NewCo, established with an historic lab of leather details garments – manufacturer for generations, now cooperating with Sealup – developed at the same level of Calusco factory, but specialized in leather works as well.
Factory equipped with the newest technology machinery, both for fabric and leather:
- 30 sewing machines Juki
- Machineries with triple moving for leather
- Computerized machinery for buttons Juki
- Machinery MACPI and press unit ”thermo-adhesives”
- Machinery for computerized implumage 4.0 BORSOI
- Specific machineries for leather works (beveling machines)
